Ganja Yoga & Meditation Intuitive Flow

Classes are set up to feel safe and comfortable in a private and cozy studio space at Avicenna Holistic Center. Classes are a unique style, combining feel good body movements (gentle yoga stretches, twists and folds) along with the option of Cannabis tincture (CBD and or THC) to get you more connected to whatโ€™s going on internally in the body. This gives you the opportunity to let your movements be individualized and at the pace that feels right to you. We will be targeting all major locations we store energy and stress (the neck, shoulders, back, hips etc) as well as using the power of our minds to ask ourselves to release any discomfort or tension trapped in the body. The first half of the class will be yoga and breath focused with mindful movements. The second half of the class will be a lying down shivasna meditation with eye masks and a cozy blanket where you will be given the opportunity to connect to deeper states of consciousness. Beautiful journey music, essential oils and singing bowls will be weaved into the magic of the evening.

CLASS SCHEDULE:

7:00 Arrival, saging and settling in (please arrive on time)
7:15 Offering of CBD and or THC tincture (Optional)
7:25-8:10 Intuitive Yoga and Moving Meditation
8:15-8:50 Lying down Shivasna Meditation~ Chakra scan and healing visualization of the body
8:50-9:00 Closing

Price includes:
-Cannabis Tincture (3 options to choose)
-Your yoga mat and props/blanket
- Two hour yoga and meditation class
-Alkaline Kangen water (please bring your own water bottle)

WHAT TO BRING:

-There will be a mat set up for you when you arrive but if you have a relationship with your own mat feel free to bring it.
-Eye Shades or a scarf or eye cover (Optional) for meditation
-Comfortable exercise clothes with some layers like a hoodie as your temperature may fluctuate throughout the meditation
-Water bottle
-Option to bring snacks for yourself after the meditation to ground (almonds, fruit, juice etc)
